Scaling New Heights with Passion and Pride – Suzhou Office Organizes 10th Anniversary Mountain Climbing Team-Building Event at Mount Huangshan

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of our company and to boost team morale and the spirit of perseverance, the Suzhou Office of our company, led by Mr. Zhang Tao, recently organized a cultural team-building event at Mount Huangshan in Anhui Province under the theme "Ascend to Greater Heights, Strive for New Peaks." Throughout the journey, team members not only enjoyed the breathtaking natural scenery – including the legendary oddly-shaped pines, grotesque rocks, seas of clouds, and hot springs – but also gained a deep appreciation for the rich cultural heritage of this UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage Site.

In the early morning, the team set out from the South Gate of Mount Huangshan, with their first destination being the famously precipitous Tiandu Peak, one of the three major peaks. After taking the cable car in the direction of Yungu Temple, they reached the summit in just ten minutes. Stepping out of the cable car, they were greeted by a wonderland of swirling clouds and mist, with exceptionally fresh air that refreshed both body and soul. Along the way, the melodious calls of the eight-tone birds filled the air, while adorable squirrels occasionally peeked out from the woods, playfully begging for corn and peanuts from young visitors. The harmonious interaction between humans and nature brought smiles and laughter to everyone. Standing atop Tiandu Peak and gazing at the surrounding mountains vying in beauty, the team marveled that the long-reputed description – "a heavenly metropolis, a dwelling place of immortals" – was indeed no exaggeration.

After bidding farewell to Tiandu Peak, the team proceeded toward Guangming Peak (Bright Summit), the second highest peak of Mount Huangshan. Along the way, they chatted and laughed, discussing history and current affairs, while breathing in the vitality and positive energy of nature. They also experienced a rare sense of inner peace and the warmth of camaraderie. Guangming Peak is known for its expansive, flat terrain and broad panoramic views, as well as its long hours of sunlight. From the summit, they could clearly see the spectacular views of the Eastern Sea and the Western Sea clusters of peaks, leaving everyone in awe of the majestic scenery.

The team then planned to challenge Lotus Peak (Lianhua Feng), the highest of Mount Huangshan's three major peaks. However, they learned on site that Lotus Peak is currently under ecological restoration and temporarily closed to the public. Although they could not make the ascent themselves, they still admired its grand profile from a distance – the main peak rising abruptly, surrounded by smaller peaks clustering around it, resembling a blooming lotus flower. Fellow travelers shared that the renowned Ming Dynasty explorer Xu Xiake had once climbed Lotus Peak and confirmed it as the highest peak of Mount Huangshan, standing at 1,864 meters above sea level, and praised it as "situated at the heart of Mount Huangshan, standing uniquely above all other peaks." This historical anecdote left a deep impression on the team members and reinforced their understanding of the importance of respecting nature and protecting the ecological environment.

As the sun set, the team concluded their successful one-day mountaineering journey. On the way back, everyone expressed that this trip to Mount Huangshan not only allowed them to fully appreciate the magnificent landscapes of their motherland but also filled them with pride as descendants of the Chinese nation. In his concluding remarks, Zhang Tao said: "Standing at the starting point of a new decade, we should keep our motherland in our hearts and embrace a global vision. We must diligently build our skills, master core technologies, make good use of both Chinese and English as communication tools, and spread the culture of Mount Huangshan, promote high-precision products, and share the vision of civilization. We welcome guests from all corners of the world and friends from every continent. We live together in the global village and work together to build a shared dream of civilization!"

This team-building event not only strengthened the bonds among colleagues but also further inspired the team's innovative vitality and passion for hard work.
